Rotary Club of Chennai East RA Puram was charted on 13th March 2002. The sponsoring club was Rotary Club of Madras East. The Charted President AL Murugappan. The club was started with 27 members and today it has grown to 47 members. Our club completed 24 years and marching towards the Silver jublee year. Our club produced several Presidents and Dist Officials. Rtn R Srinivasan from our club was past Dist Governor. Notable achievements of our club was establishing Book Bank project in Chellamal College, Polio Immunaization programms, Annadhanam for economically weeker sections, arranging medical camp etc
